"In July of 2023, my brother, sister-in-law and I made the decision to sell a duplex we jointly owned in Westchester. This was my first experience with selling any property, and it was made a bit more complex because it involved three owners, and coordinating  working with tenants to coordinate viewings and requested repairs. .
